Is your furniture made from 100% solid oak?
Yes, all our primary collections are crafted from 100% solid oak throughout. We do not use veneers, MDF, or particle board in our structural frames or surfaces, ensuring lifelong durability and natural beauty.
How do you handle delivery for heavy furniture items?
We offer a specialized two-man delivery service for all large items. Our team will carry your furniture to your room of choice, unpack it, and remove all packaging materials for recycling.
What is your return policy if the furniture doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day 'no-quibble' return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.
Do I need to treat or oil the wood after purchase?
Most of our furniture comes pre-finished with a protective lacquer or wax. We recommend applying a high-quality furniture wax every 6 months to maintain the moisture balance and enhance the natural grain of the wood.
